Please read these Terms & Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using the Quicklyft Auto website or any services provided by Quicklyft Corp. ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing this website or submitting any offer, purchase, or inquiry, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. General Use
This website is operated by Quicklyft Corp., a company organized under the laws of the State of New York. These Terms govern your access to and use of our website, mobile experience, and all related services. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
2. Vehicle Listings & Purchases
All vehicle listings on this site are subject to prior sale. Prices, availability, and vehicle descriptions are provided in good faith but may contain errors or change without notice. Quicklyft Corp. reserves the right to correct pricing errors and cancel or refuse any transaction resulting from a clerical or system error.
A vehicle is not considered sold or reserved until a signed purchase agreement and/or deposit has been received and confirmed by Quicklyft Corp. Verbal commitments, email correspondence, or online inquiries alone do not constitute a binding sale.
All vehicles are sold "as-is" unless a written warranty is expressly provided at the time of sale. Buyers are encouraged to conduct independent inspections prior to purchase. Quicklyft Corp. makes no representations regarding a vehicle's fitness for a particular purpose beyond what is stated in writing.
3. Return Guarantee (7-Day / 50-Mile)
Quicklyft Corp. offers a 7-Day / 50-Mile Return Guarantee on vehicles purchased directly from Quicklyft Auto's retail inventory. If, within 7 calendar days of taking delivery or 50 miles driven from the vehicle's odometer reading at delivery — whichever occurs first — you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return the vehicle for a full refund of the purchase price. No reason or justification is required.
To exercise this guarantee, you must notify Quicklyft Corp. by phone or email before 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time on the last eligible day, and return the vehicle to us (or make it available for pickup) within 3 calendar days of that notice. The guarantee period is not paused or extended for any reason, including weather, scheduling delays, or vehicle downtime. Once the vehicle has been driven more than 50 miles from its odometer reading at delivery, it is no longer eligible for return under this guarantee, even if the 7-day period has not yet expired.
To qualify, the vehicle must be returned in substantially the same condition as delivered: free of new accident damage, mechanical damage beyond normal wear, aftermarket modifications, and missing equipment, keys, or documentation. Any documentation, delivery, or pickup fee disclosed to you at the time of sale is non-refundable. This guarantee may be exercised once per purchased vehicle and does not apply to a vehicle that has been in an accident, been declared a total loss, been retitled, or been used for commercial or rideshare purposes during the guarantee period.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of Quicklyft Corp.'s receipt and inspection of the returned vehicle. This Return Guarantee applies solely to vehicles purchased from Quicklyft Auto's inventory. It does not apply to trade-in or instant cash offer transactions, which are governed by Section 4 below, or to the refundable hold deposit described in Section 6.
4. Instant Cash Offers & Trade-In Valuations
ALL TRADE-IN OFFERS AND INSTANT CASH OFFERS GENERATED THROUGH THIS PLATFORM ARE NON-BINDING ESTIMATES ONLY. No offer constitutes a legally binding commitment by Quicklyft Corp. to purchase your vehicle at the stated amount. Quicklyft Corp. expressly reserves the right to modify, revise, or withdraw any offer — including a previously communicated offer — at any time and for any reason, without prior notice, until a written and countersigned purchase agreement has been fully executed by both parties.
Offer amounts are generated based on the information you submit and current market data. The final offer is subject to change based on physical inspection of the vehicle, including but not limited to: actual mileage, undisclosed mechanical or cosmetic damage, accident history, title defects, outstanding liens, missing keys or documentation, or any condition that differs materially from the information provided at submission.
Offers are indicative for up to 7 calendar days from the date of generation, subject to market fluctuations and vehicle condition remaining consistent with the submitted information. An offer that has not expired may still be revised or withdrawn at Quicklyft Corp.'s sole discretion.
By submitting a vehicle for an offer, you represent and warrant that: (a) you are the legal owner of the vehicle or have authority to sell it; (b) the information you provide is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge; (c) the vehicle has a clear title, or you have fully disclosed all existing liens; and (d) the vehicle has not been reported stolen and is not subject to any legal hold or encumbrance.
Submission of the trade-in offer form constitutes your acknowledgment that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms, including the non-binding and changeable nature of all offers.
5. Account Balance & Credits
When a trade-in offer is accepted and a vehicle is accepted by Quicklyft Corp. following inspection, the agreed amount may be credited to your Quicklyft account balance ("Cash Balance"). This balance has no cash value, is non-transferable, non-refundable, and may only be applied toward the purchase of a vehicle from Quicklyft Corp.'s inventory. Balances do not expire provided your account remains active.
Quicklyft Corp. reserves the right to reverse or adjust a credited balance in the event of fraud, misrepresentation, or title defects discovered after credit is issued.
6. Vehicle Deposits & Reservations
A refundable deposit may be collected to hold a specific vehicle for up to 48 hours. Deposits are fully refundable if the buyer cancels within the hold period or if Quicklyft Corp. is unable to deliver the vehicle as described. Deposits are forfeited if the buyer fails to complete the purchase without a valid reason within the hold period. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
7. Financing
Financing options displayed on this site are estimates only and are not a guarantee of credit approval. Actual rates, terms, and approval are subject to lender review of your credit application. Quicklyft Corp. may act as a credit intermediary and may receive compensation from lending partners. Submission of a financing application does not obligate you to purchase a vehicle or Quicklyft Corp. to provide financing.
8. Vehicle Pickup & Delivery
Free vehicle pickup is offered throughout the New York City metropolitan area; elsewhere in New York State and the Northeast, Quicklyft Corp. arranges transport at its own cost. Pickup scheduling is subject to availability. You are responsible for ensuring the vehicle is accessible, accompanied by all keys and documentation (including the original title), and in the same condition as when the offer was generated. If the vehicle fails inspection at pickup, Quicklyft Corp. may revise or rescind the offer.
9. SMS & Communications
By opting in to SMS notifications, you consent to receive text messages from Quicklyft Corp. regarding your offer status, vehicle pickup, and purchase updates. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP. Opting out of SMS does not affect your ability to use our services.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and software — is the property of Quicklyft Corp. or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
This website and all services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Quicklyft Corp. does not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Quicklyft Corp. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this site or our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 30 days preceding the claim.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Quicklyft Corp. and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the site, your violation of these Terms, or your submission of false or misleading information.
14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
15. Privacy
Your use of this site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described therein.
